The winds are a changin'

Here is some video I took just a few minutes ago...as I am posting this the rains are beginning to fall. The outer bands are making their way inland. They just said on the news a few minutes ago that we should be prepared for 10-15 inches of rain. Question: How exactly do you prepare for that?!?! We don't have time to build an ark.
